during pandemic darkest days, we distilled 2000L of our beer to transform it in 250L of beer spirit. We then let it rest in brand new and intensely "alligator" charred bourbon barrels for over two years. At the end, we discovered a beautifully complex spirit with floral and citrusy notes from the base beer. Layered with classic bourbon barrel notes of vanilla and wood.
